•  Approaching Torquay from Newton Abbot, follow the A3022 towards the town.

•  At the traffic lights by Torre railway station, take the right hand lane and fork right into Avenue Road, following signs for the sea-front.

•  Follow Avenue Road towards the sea, passing straight through the first set of traffic lights. At the second set of traffic lights (a five-way junction) turn right into Walnut Road .

•  Rathmore Road is the first turning on the right, and the Parks is the first house on the right hand side.
